Agreement to Terms

By accessing and placing an order with BuildAPC.eu, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and BuildAPC.eu.

BuildAPC.eu is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) PC parts retailer. We provide:

• •Individual PC components shipped directly to your address
• •Build assistance and technical support

As a DIY PC builder, you agree to:

• •Assemble the PC yourself following manufacturer instructions
• •Verify compatibility of components before purchase
• •Handle components with care to prevent damage during assembly
• •Follow anti-static precautions when building
• •Contact us immediately if you suspect a defective or incompatible part

Two-Year Warranty

All components sold through BuildAPC.eu come with a 2-year warranty as mandated by EU consumer protection laws.

• •Manufacturer defects covered for 24 months from purchase date
• •Warranty handled directly through component manufacturers
• •We assist with warranty claims and documentation

What's Not Covered

• •Physical damage caused during assembly
• •Damage from improper handling or static electricity
• •Components damaged by incompatible power supplies or incorrect voltages
• •Normal wear and tear

Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened components for a full refund. Opened components can only be returned if defective or incompatible.

Limitation of Liability - "AS IS" Basis

Components are sold on an "AS IS" basis:

• •We carefully select quality components but cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes
• •We are not liable for assembly errors or damage during customer assembly
• •We are not responsible for data loss or consequential damages
• •Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the components

This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

Pricing & Payment

• •All prices are in Euros (€) and include Belgian VAT (21%)
• •Prices may change without notice but orders are honored at checkout price
• •Payment processed securely through Stripe
• •Payment is due immediately upon order placement

Shipping & Delivery

• •We ship to addresses within the European Union
• •Components are sourced from trusted retailers and shipped to your address
• •Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
• •You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address

Intellectual Property

All content on BuildAPC.eu, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of De Buck Technologies SRL or its content suppliers and is protected by Belgian and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of BuildAPC.eu after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
